With dedication and an unwavering commitment to quality, he embarked on a journey, perfecting the art of making Kulfi and Cassata using cherished family recipes and techniques passed down through generations.
Driven by a desire to share this delectable frozen treat beyond the borders of India, Ali set his sights on new horizons. In 1997, he established Royal Kulfi, bringing the beloved tradition of Kulfi and Cassata to a new audience in Canada.
